Every employee in organisation wants their work performance to be measured in a very objective and professional ways by their super ordinate. Without a proper way of measurement, performance appraisal results will be questioned by the employees and it will create a lot of problems in an organisation. The main function or objective of a PAS is to develop performance of the employees and to expand excellent work behaviour and in the long run to increase organisation production and profit margin.
