This book attempts to answer some of the questions related to training and how to measure training outcomes. In addition, it discusses the factors affecting training outcomes and effectiveness and the steps to improve training effectiveness and obtain positive returns from training investment. Among others, the contents of this book include:

• Discussion of theories and models related to training effectiveness;
• Review and analysis of previous researches on factors affecting training effectiveness.
• Assessment of training scenario in Malaysia (and Sabah particularly); and
